Motion

Last updated September 2026.

Acceptance

Gains In Motion (GIM) is built and operated by ViaraNexus Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & Security policy, which describes what data we collect and how it’s protected. If you don’t agree, please don’t create an account.

Who can use GIM

GIM is invite-only. You need a valid invite code from a coach (or existing user) to create an account. Accounts are personal — don’t share your login, and don’t create an account on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.

A coach account (“Mentor”) can view, prescribe training for, and generate AI training plans for any athlete who has explicitly enrolled with them. An athlete account can see their own training and activity data, and whatever their coach has prescribed for them.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us at gim.support@viara.tech if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Connecting your training data

Connecting Garmin, COROS, Apple Health, or Google Health is optional and entirely under your control — you authorize it, and for Strava/COROS you can disconnect it at any time from Settings (Apple Health and Google Health are revoked from your phone’s own settings instead). GIM only reads the activity and recovery data these sources grant access to; it never posts or writes back on your behalf. See Privacy & Security for exactly what’s stored and how.

Connecting Garmin works differently from the other sources above: it’s an open-source bridge GIM operates rather than Garmin’s own developer platform, and it requires your Garmin email and password directly to set up access. The password itself is never stored — see the FAQ and Privacy & Security for the details. It’s optional and disconnectable the same way as any other source.

AI-generated training content

GIM uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate coaching commentary, activity summaries, and full training plans. This content is generated to assist a human coach, not to replace one — a coach reviews a plan before it ever becomes visible to an athlete. Even so, AI-generated guidance can be wrong or poorly calibrated to your actual health and fitness.

GIM does not provide medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or haven’t trained consistently before. You’re responsible for using your own judgment about what your body can safely handle, regardless of what a plan says.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to access another athlete’s data outside your coaching relationship.
  • Don’t use GIM to store or share anything unlawful, harassing, or that isn’t yours to share.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
  • Don’t use an invite code you weren’t given, or issue invites on someone else’s behalf without authorization.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this is permanent and removes your account and its associated training data (see Privacy & Security for specifics). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

No warranty, limited liability

GIM is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViaraNexus Technologies Pvt Ltd isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GIM, including any injury resulting from following a training plan — see the AI-generated training content section above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as GIM changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
